A fibreglass pool is a type of swimming pool that is manufactured in a factory using high-quality fibreglass. Fibreglass pools come in an array of colours, shapes, sizes and designs.
Our fibreglass pools are constructed on a mould in a factory. The shells we use have a 10-point process when they are manufactured. The initial layer is an advanced colour technology gel coat, then a layer of the highest quality vinyl ester resin, followed by polyester resin, woven roving, structural honeycomb, and then a final layer. It is then cured and extracted from the mould. Lastly, it’s trimmed and goes through a quality assurance check.
